About UsFrom the moment you contact us, we will help design and deliver your dream event and strive to exceed your expectations in every element of your experience with us. Following initial contact, we will provide you with quotations, floor plans and photos until you are happy you have everything you need to create your perfect event.
We also offer a complimentary service to meet you in person at the site of your choice to further discuss what will work best for your requirements, and go through the details based on the available space and guest experience you want to create. We will help you to use the space to its utmost potential so you and your guests get the best experience possible. To help you envisage your event we can draw up a floor plan for you so you are able to picture where things can be placed.
Once your booking is confirmed with us, we allocate your tents and any other furniture you may have booked.
You can be rest assured that you have made the right decision. You can then go on to plan all of the finer details surrounding your event, using us for input wherever you feel you would like a little extra guidance.
Before your event, our logistics team will liaise with you about the dates and times for the setup and take down of the tent(s) and who they are liaising with. On the day of install, you can expect our crew to arrive at the arranged time and to efficiently and professionally erect the sail tents.
Upon arrival, the crew chief will need to meet you, or a person appointed by you, to review the technical details for the event, including the weather forecast. This is the time to discuss any tweaks such as placement of the entrance and walling.
If you feel you need some extra assistance from us on the day of your event, we also offer the option to pre-book on-site support. This crew member will be there to assist you with the smooth running of your event, raising and lowering the walls as required, tending to any heaters and generally helping out.
If you hire a generator through us, a crew member will be on-site during your event to provide support, as our experience has proven that this is a critical service to help troubleshoot problems should they occur.
At the end of the installation, our crew chief will conduct a series of final checks and handover the equipment to you. The chief will go through the equipment list with you, double checking that everything is present, and run through various points you will need to know. As part of this process you will be given our emergency call-out number that is answered 24/7, should you have any questions or concerns out of office hours. On the rare occasion that you need a member of our team to return to site, they will be there as soon as they can – day or night – to support you.
Throughout the whole process we will strive for the ‘WOW’ factor working it into your individual style so that your event is a truly special occasion. We always go the extra mile to help you have that event you have always dreamt of, from start to finish.
After your event is over, our crew will return to site on the agreed date and time to efficiently take the sail tents down and remove everything from site.
To enable take down to proceed smoothly, we will ask you to ensure that any equipment that is not ours has been removed from the sail tents before we arrive. We will also ask you (or someone you nominate) to be available to speak to should there be any discrepancies with the stock check.
Once we have cleared the site and loaded our vehicles, our crew will walk over the site to ensure that we leave the area clean and tidy.

We have a dedicated fleet of Ford Rangers that can contend with any terrain and conditions the British weather throws at us, and a host of support vehicles. We operate out of a purpose built warehouse that enables us to work as quickly and efficiently as possible. We’ve a fantastic dedicated Operations team that are agile and work tirelessly in every condition to ensure we deliver our promises.
